Who we are & what data we collect from you:
Our website address is: http://claudia-sloan.com.
You’re visiting this site to view original artwork – The Whimsical Art of Claudia Sloan. Some of the artwork is available for sale. All sales are currently handled securely via the trusted square payments app used by many online stores today. When you click any “buy” button in this site you’re automatically taken to our secured square store site where you can make your purchase via credit card or Paypal (if available). We never receive your credit card information by using these safe payment methods. The “middleman” which is a payment services provider (i.e. Square or Paypal) handles that portion of the transaction. Only your name and contact information is collected by us for the purpose of getting your purchased product to you and occasional customer offers if you opt in for those. We do not share your information with anyone for any reason.
We have contact forms in this website where you can enter your name and email address to be contacted by use (i.e. requesting a quote for a commissioned work). This is voluntary and we do not share the information you provide with anyone for any reason.
We also have an ArtMigos Club. This is where you can OPT-IN to receive regular information from us regarding club members special offers, new artwork, upcoming shows, etc… The only other way to receive some of this information via email is by being a customer and having opted in to receive this information. We do not share your name/email from this list with anyone for any reason.
